The Salisbury Zoo will be featured at the City of Salisbury's 3rd Friday event! It's our 60th Anniversary. Some of our Education Zoo animals with be there as well as bio-facts, costumed animals and more. Come celebrate with us!

Go Wild with Art

Do you possess a passion for art or wildlife? Come explore, discover and create at the Go Wild

with Art Event hosted by the Salisbury Zoo and the Art Institute & Gallery. Go Wild with Art

will be held at the Salisbury Zoo on Saturday, September 20th from 1pm  to 4:00pm. This

event is for all ages who love to create and explore. While most activities are free, some require a

small fee. Classes offered will include: Animal Origami, Australian Aboriginal Art t-shirt design, Animal Shape Drawing, Plein Air Painting, Chalk Drawing, Animal Batik, Photo-walks, and

demonstrations. Go to to print out a registration form to register for each

activity. Come join the fun and Go Wild with Art at the Salisbury Zoo on September 20th!

Salisbury Zoo's 60th Anniversary Celebration
September 26, 2014 @ 4:30pm - 7:30pm

The Salisbury Zoo will be celebrating it's 60th Anniversary this evening at the Zoo! The evening will be free to the public offering educational talks, demonstrations, animal enrichment, face painting and more. We will be giving out a commemorative wristband to the first several hundred that enter the Zoo. For more information call 410-860-6880.
