Guided Zoo Tours

Embark on a captivating journey through the zoo with our Guided Zoo Tour! Led by one of our knowledgeable and passionate zoo staff, this tour offers an in-depth look at the animals and exhibits that make our zoo a one-of-a-kind experience.

As you stroll through the zoo, your guide will share fascinating facts, conservation stories, and behind-the-scenes insights about the animals in our care. From the majestic predators to the smallest creatures, you’ll learn about their habitats, behaviors, and the important work we do to protect them.

Perfect for families, school groups, or anyone eager to deepen their understanding of the animal world, this tour is an engaging and educational adventure for all ages. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, our Guided Zoo Tour will enhance your experience and leave you with a greater appreciation for wildlife.

Personal Guided Tour: Up to 10 Participants. 100$ for Zoo Members and $110 for non-members.

Small Guided Tour: Up to 50 Participants. 170$ for Zoo Members and $180 for non-members.  

Large Guided Tour: Up to 100 Participants. $210 for Zoo Members and $230 for non-members. 

Programs can be booked Monday-Sunday from 10AM to 2PM depending on availability and is weather dependent.

Wildlife Ambassador Experiences

Get up close and personal with one of the zoo’s trained ambassador animals in our Wildlife Ambassador Experiences! During this engaging program, guests will meet an ambassador animal and learn about its species, behavior, and role in conservation.

While you can’t touch the animal, you’ll have the chance to interact and ask questions to our knowledgeable staff, who will share fascinating facts and insights. Plus, participants will have the opportunity to handle biofacts—such as feathers, bones, and pelts—that relate to the featured animal, giving a tactile connection to the animal’s world.

This program can also be tailored to focus on specific topics, whether it’s animal behavior, conservation efforts, or unique adaptations, making it an educational experience for all ages. 

Small Group Encounter: Up to 15 Participants. 100$ for Zoo Members and $110 for non-members.  

Large Group Encounter: Up to 30 participants. 140$ for Zoo Members and $150 for non-members. 

An extra ambassador animal can be added for 50$ per animal with a max of three total. 

Programs can be booked Monday-Sunday from 10AM to 3PM depending on availability and is weather dependent.

Wildlife Ambassador Stage Presentation

Step into the world of wildlife with our Wildlife Ambassador Stage Presentation! This exciting and interactive program features three of our trained ambassador animals, showcased live on stage. During the presentation, our expert zoo staff will introduce each animal, sharing captivating stories, behaviors, and fascinating facts about their species. As guests watch the animals up close, they will learn how each ambassador plays a vital role in educating the public about conservation and the importance of protecting wildlife. While the animals will remain on stage for observation, the real highlight is the chance to ask questions and interact with the staff as they demonstrate the animals’ unique traits and behaviors.

Throughout the presentation, biofacts such as fur, feathers, and skulls will also be shared, giving the audience a hands-on connection to the animals featured. This dynamic and educational experience can also be tailored to focus on specific topics, such as animal adaptations, habitats, or conservation efforts, making it an ideal program for all ages.

Wildlife Ambassador Storytime

 This unique program combines the magic of storytelling with the excitement of meeting one of our ambassador animals up close. Each session features a story that highlights the traits, habitats, and adventures of a specific animal, followed by a live animal encounter with one of our trained wildlife ambassador animals that relates to the tale.

Although the animal remains non-touchable, you’ll still enjoy an engaging, interactive experience, as our staff demonstrates the animal’s unique traits and behavior. To further enrich the experience, we’ll also introduce biofacts—such as feathers, bones, or fur—that relate to the story and provide a tangible connection to the animal world. Perfect for young learners and families, this program is a delightful blend of imagination, education, and live animal interaction.

Group Encounter: Up to 30 participants. 115$ for Zoo Members and $125 for non-members.
